He was headed in a direction which would take him up to Alabama/Locust and send him up toward Herndon Middle school or back to Elden Street. So he's not currently in his Sugarland territory, but he's still close to it.
Update Christmas afternoon (the next day): had another reported sighting for yesterday morning on Alabama west of Elden in the Dulles Park area -- three blocks west and north of Chandon Park, not much later than the first report. This is also within a couple of blocks of the 12/19 report in the 1200 block of Sterling Road near Barbaralynn St.
This must be another area he feels comfortable in as he keeps returning. Good news is that these are busy active neighborhoods with low traffic streets.
